Dr. Will McLin obtained his bachelor's degree in
Animal Science as well as his D.V.M. from Oklahoma
State University. After veterinary school, he entered
a mixed practice in Decatur, TX. In 2006 Dr. McLin
opened the doors to the new clinic, located 4 miles
north of Elmore City.
Dr. McLin's professional interests include equine
dentistry, equine theriogenology, small animal
medicine and surgery.
Dr. McLin is an active member in the American
Association of Equine Practitioners, OVMA, AVMA,
Society of Theriogenology, and the OCA. Dr. McLin
and Amy are also lifetime AQHA members.
When not working, Dr. McLin enjoys time with his
wife, Amy, and son, Ridge. He also spends time
playing western swing music, working on gospel
campaigns and foreign mission trips, teaching the
youth group at the Elmore City church of Christ, and
serving on the Elmore City Volunteer Fire
Department. The family also co-owns South Ridge
Ranch, where hundreds of recipient mare spend the
winter months.
